Please read before booking your appointment.

Appointments & Booking

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your slot.

Please arrive on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed — after this, a late fee may apply or your appointment may be cancelled at my discretion, and your deposit will not be refunded.

No Shows & Rescheduling

No-shows will result in cancellation of the appointment and loss of deposit.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in loss of your deposit.

No Guests

For health and safety reasons and to maintain a calm environment, no extra guests (including children) are allowed during appointments.

Nail Preparation & Services

New clients must arrive with bare, natural nails.

I do not remove extensions or hard gel.

I do not offer extensions or infills. This is to ensure I can assess the natural nail condition at each appointment.

If you would like nail art, please select the correct add-on when booking. If not selected in advance, it may not be possible to accommodate your request during your appointment.

Repairs

Free repairs are offered within 24 hours of your appointment for new sets only, in cases of accidental breakage or product fault.

After 24 hours, any repairs will be chargeable at a small fee of £3 per nail.

Health & Allergies

Please inform me before your appointment of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies, especially to nail products or latex.

This is essential to ensure your safety and tailor your service appropriately.

If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend your appointment and reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice.
